A. Full finish of the external infrastructure – road, drainage, street power supply, sidewalks, kerbs,

1. Fully finished service building to contain generators, diesel tank, refuse collection point

2. Sewage treatment plant with blower room in the service building

3. Water treatment plant to include pumps and water filtration and treatment

4. Overhead and underground water storage tanks

5. Deep and shallow boreholes to supply water to the entire facility

6. Finished playground

7. Fully finished car park on the ground floor of all the blocks excluding the terraces

B. Fill finished common areas to include – corridors, balconies, stairways, and lobbies

1. Tiles on the floor

2. Paint on the walls

3. Ceiling boards in place at all externally visible locations on the site

C. Internally

1. Conduits and cables in place for power supply to each apartment

2. Location for inverter in place and cables installed

3. Location for satellite TV in place with dish locations marked out for each housing unit

4. Location for solar panels market out on the roof of each building, showing areas assigned to each apartment

5. All external doors/security doors in place.
