Straight staircase design
The straight staircase design is the common type of a staircase that can be found in most houses, it doesn’t have any curve or turning. The straight staircase is common because of its functionality and simplicity, eases travelling up and down with no corners that hinder climbing and have no change in direction on any flight between two floors. Quarter landing staircase, popularly known as the L-shaped stair is just a bit different from the straight stair. An arched staircase has flight resembling an arch in its shape. Arched stairs are built with flight resembling an arch in its plan. Arched stairs are expensive but they’ve got the nice appearance that will make your house look good.

10. Winder stairs
Winder stairs can be found in modern buildings such as event places or shopping mall and turn by 90 and 180 degrees. Designed with soft and flowing lines and looks very intriguing, although with no landing till you get to the top. The two types of winder stairs are single wider and double winder stairs.
