According to the CEO, Mr. Segun Oshundairo, the project is another testament to the fact that Arc-View Investment Limited is fully committed to maintaining its status as the biggest developer of affordable homes in Nigeria. “Each of the 4Bedroom Fully Detached Duplex will sell for N40million. These are fully functional homes and they will all be delivered as pre-finished”, he said.
Plots are also available for sale in the estate. A full plot is currently offered for N10million, while half plot sells for N5million. The estate has direct access to the Igbogbo-Baiyeku Road, so commercial plots for business developments are available for N20million per plot.
The title on the estate is clean. It is a C of O. The estate when completed is expected to be one of the biggest fully functional estates in Ikorodu. Infrastructure will be top-notch.
