It has a wide established track record in the provision of property consultancy and advice.

AKINHANMI & ASSOCIATES is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice the estate surveying profession under Decree No.24 of 1975: Cap III LFN 1990 as well with the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV). Akinhanmi & Associates are also registered with the Nigerian chapter of the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA).
