Leinard Property Development & Management, is an urban real estate development, investment and management firm with an office in Asaba, Delta State, Nigeria. Formed in 2010 by Daniel Etiaka. Leinard acquires real estate based upon its profit-making potential. At the present time the group's portfolio includes small apartment buildings, mixed use buildings and one to three family homes.

The managing partners Franklin Nwaobi and Matey Edwin have over 16 years of combined real estate investment and management experience and have collectively completed more than 500 million naira worth of urban real estate transactions.

As an urban developer and manager of residential, mixed use and retail properties, we have successfully been able to provide investors with above average returns due to our keen insight of Asaba area. Leinard applies its knowledge of the market and neighborhood trends to identify and acquire real estate in areas that have substantial upside appreciation potential post acquisition and development.
