Asokoro is known as the haven for top government officials and it’s recognized as Abuja’s most exclusive district. One of the major highlights of this high end location is the presence of Aso Rock, the presidential villa.

This district is undoubtedly one of the most secure places to reside, and it is reserved for the crème de la crème of the society. A plot of land here could run into billions of naira, and the least price for a plot is one hundred million naira.  Which could also vary based on size, location etc.
