Flat land in a new layout after Apo mechanics called Wasa, the place is still virgin, just being opened up from late last year, engineering infrastructure is already awarded and being constructed starting from the Resettlement..very good to purchase and use in the near future for mass housing..there's some rock on the land at the edge as you can see from the pictures though on about 10 to 12% of the land..its lying directly on the tarred road and easily accessible.
