NGN432,600,000 per annum X 5years lease term above for AGO 10.3m litres (@ NGN3.5kobo per litre)

Company is licenced to store AGO & DPK only for now. We have a patchment land that we intend to builf PMS & LPG storage tanks.

TANK LOADING:
We recieve product by vessel and can backload with our 2 line cargo Hose of 4inch & 6inch.
In the past as a case of emergency we have received products from trucks but this is not our usual practice, as loading a sizeable quantity might require some modification to be done so as not to overwork or damage the system.

TRUCK LOADING:
We load a maximum of 20 - 30 trucks daily from 8am-4pm. Our loading bay is configured into 3loding arm, which can load 2trucks same time in 30mins.

2. Jetty distance from terminal = 100-150m
3. Size of cargo Hose = 2line 4inch & 6inch
4. Configuration of loading bay = 3loding arm, can load 2trucks same time in 30mins
5. Max no of 20-30 trucks loaded daily from 8am-4pm
